Come what may...
David was in dire straits! He had prayed, fasted, but did not see results. He sinned, asked for forgiveness, God had forgiven him, but his answer still did not show up. David did an amazing thing, in 2 Samuel 12:20, the Bible says:
20 Then David arose from the earth, and washed, and anointed himself, and changed his apparel, and came into the house of the LORD, and worshipped: then he came to his own house; and when he required, they set bread before him, and he did eat.
David worshipped the Lord. He was essentially displaying: 'Come what may, I will worship the Lord'. In every situation, no matter what you are going through - worship Him. Through it all, God saw David through; He will see you through. All will be well. You will end well; in Jesus mighty name! Amen.
