Realization and Accomplishment
Prayers
1. Father, let there be a recovery of good things that have slipped through my fingers in the name of Jesus.
2. I recover every good thing I have lost in Jesus mighty name.
It is my prayer that: God will cause every good thing the enemy has stolen from you to be restored to you sevenfold in the name of Jesus.
Text: Romans 9:15-16
For he said to Moses, I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion.
So then it is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy.
When you look at the prayers for the month of September, one of the themes God gave us is that it is our month of realization and accomplishment.
We want to explore that further today to provide more understanding. I pray that realization and accomplishment will be your portion in Jesus’ name.
What is realization?
· The fulfillment or achievement of something desired or anticipated.
· Synonyms include actualization, fulfillment, achievement, bringing to fruition, bringing into being and consummation.
What is accomplishment?
· Something that has been achieved successfully.
· Synonyms include achievement, deed, exploit, performance, attainment, stroke of genius and triumph.
May you successfully accomplish great things in Jesus’ name.
Note:
1. Realization takes place in the place of prayer because:
· Prayer turns desires and expectations into reality
· Prayer disarms and silences opposing forces
May hindering forces opposing the realization of your desires be disarmed, disempowered, and disgraced today in Jesus’ name.
May your prayers today bring about your much anticipated desires and breakthroughs in Jesus’ name.
2. Realization is propelled by declarations of men of God.
· Elijah declared that there will be abundance of rain. Rain came (1 Kings 18:41-46)
· Elijah prayed for the rain to bring about the realization of the desire/prophecy
· Elisha declared that famine will be a thing of the past and it was so. (2 Kings 7)
3. Realization is enabled through obedience to prophetic instructions of genuine men of God. Elisha instructed Naaman to wash in river Jordan for him to be cleansed from leprosy at a time it was deemed incurable. Naaman obeyed and was completely healed of the leprosy, he was made whole. (2 Kings 5)
May God grant you the grace to discern and obey prophetic instructions in Jesus’ name.
4. Realization happens in the place of commitment.
· Zechariah continued serving God and praying for a child even though he and his wife Elizabeth were then growing very old.
· He did not stop serving God because God had not answered His prayer.
· He remained committed to God and His service in faith (Hebrews 11:6, Exodus 23:25).
· Remain committed to God and in His service notwithstanding anything you may be going through God is faithful and will not forget your labor of love. (Hebrews 6:10).
May the grace for commitment that leads to accomplishment come upon your life in Jesus’ name.
5. Realization occurs in the place of prophetic utterance (Ezra 4-6).
· When the Israelites returned from Babylon to build the temple in Jerusalem, some enemies stopped them from continuing the building project for a number of years.
· Nothing was happening until the prophets Haggai and Zechariah began to prophesy concerning the work.
· The work resumed and could no longer be stopped.
· The temple building construction project was completed.
· Their adversaries were also compelled by the king’s decree to support the church building and provisions were supplied.
· Those who were opposing them were now serving them.
· Do not despise prophetic utterances.
Pray: Father, help me not to despise prophetic utterances you send to me in Jesus’ name.
Realization and accomplishment involve:
· Turning expectations to miracles
· Turning desires to actualized tangible blessings in your hands
· Turning prayer points to testimonies
These will be your portion in Jesus’ name.
What should you do to engage realization and accomplishments?
In addition to the above points already mentioned:
1. Be in the place of praise and worship.
· Enter God’s gates with thanksgiving and into His courts with praise (Psalm 100:4)
· When you are thankful and remain thankful despite all you are going through you will not be tankless.
· Your testimony Tank will be full.
· You will not become less.
2. Accomplishment is realized through:
· goal setting
· planned activities to achieve the goals and,
· taking steps to perform those required steps to accomplish the goals.

1. Father, give me wisdom, grace, and favor to excel and shine in the name of Jesus.
